We undertake refurbishments, ranging from £20 million office developments
to individual houses. We design the interiors and co-ordinate all the

around in extremely short time scales. We plan the scheme to maximise
the sites potential, meet the planners to discuss our options and then

We provide design services for private houses. Designs are developed quickly
to produce practical plans meeting a variety of budgets and aspirations.
Some schemes may be lavish and others more budget conscious. However,

FITTING OUT AND REFURBISHMENT
This work is extremely complex as design and construction are undertaken
over a relatively short time scale. An extensive knowledge of materials
use, services, structural elements and construction has to be blended
with design to offer an imaginative, practical and reliable service. Our
site experience is essential in overcoming the problems as they arise,
ensuring programmes are adhered to and cost projections can be met. We
have undertaken many such refurbishments from £20million office
developments to individual houses. In many instances we take over
a shell and core, which may or may not have services, ceilings or raised
floors. We design all the interiors and co-ordinate all the elements
of the fit out to work with a contractor or projrcy manage the fit out
ourselves. Refurbishment projects have included offices, warehouses,
shops and blocks of flats. In many instances we are converting spaces
form one use to another which can involve a great deal of work with the
planning authorities and conservation societies.
DEVELOPMENT WORK
We have tended to specialise in providing developers with schemes, which
are turned round in extremely short time scales. In many instances we
are given a site, its use is specified and then the rest is left to us.
We plan out the scheme to maximise the sites potential, we meet the planners
and discuss our options and we then cost out the work to help the developer
assess the potential of the site and the investment needed to start work.
The use of these sites varies between high cost housing, offices and hotels.
Each creates its own problems and need specialist care and attention.
We produce stage one plans, elevations and costings, which then enables
the developers to move forward. At any one time we are involved with several
schemes for different clients at varying stages of completion and complexity.
PRIVATE HOUSING AND REFURBISHMENT
We are often called upon to undertake designs for large private houses
where the client has either bought the property for their own use or as
an investment. In either situation design work is undertaken to
quickly produce practical plans to meet a variety of budgets and aspirations.
Some schemes are lavish and some are more realistic to most pockets. Each
scheme is designed with care, attention and originality. We believe that
good design does not have to be expensive. All elements are carefully
selected and co-ordinated by our experienced designers who produce schemes
that will last. Costings can be produced and the construction undertaken
under our project management.
