Case study 01: WETHERSPOONS PLC
Wetherspoons have been our clients for
many years during which time we have
designed, refurbished many projects for
them. We were originally commissioned
to look at their use of space and how it
could be modified to offer greater flexibility
and efficiency. We formulated a long term
plan that enables them to move people rather
than desks and have now designed and
refurbished over 75% of their office space.
We continue to act for Wetherspoons and
have recently designed and built a visitors
- staff restaurant and refurbished their front
reception.

BANKSIDE UNDERWRITERS
Bankside Underwriters now Limit Plc, are one of the countries most prestigious and successful players in the re-insurance market. We were commissioned to design and refurbish their whole office in several phases. We analysed their business and formulated a plan, which offered future growth potential per syndicate and housed their groups in spaces sympathetic to their size and future needs. We undertook the designs for their boardrooms, executive offices and reception areas as well as office space. All areas were designed detailed and constructed by us. Their offices were fully occupied during the entire refurbishment process.

5 LLOYDS AVENUE
We were commissioned by Westpac Banking Corporation to look at one of their buildings with a view to refurbishing the space for sub-let. Lloyds Avenue is a six storey typical office building that was in need of a major overhaul. We undertook the designs for a complete strip out, which involved new ceilings, lighting, power and flooring. Apart from the complex detailing aspects, design included new toilet accommodation and a make over for the front reception to increase its size and appeal. All works were on a tight budget and time restraint. Works completed on time and to budget
