INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Interior Construction and Fit-out is one of three major elements of our
business. It is integral to the whole service we provide. Our prime
objectives are to offer insight, quality and dependability in every aspect
of our work. We understand the fit out industry and have tremendous
back up to be able to provide a complete on-site service based on experience
and a practical approach to problem solving and project management. We
have a skilled workforce that can undertake projects of any complexity.
No matter what size a project is from a single office move
to the fit out of a complete building we have the experience and the ability
to look after every aspect of the work. Our service encompasses
all construction, services installation, project management and even the
moving of a client from one space to another.
Ceilings, System and Specialist
System ceilings mineral tile, plaster or metal tile are installed by us
in most office environments. Specialist ceilings in flat bed
plasterboard encorporating complex shapes and profiles are used in specialist
areas and receptions. Fibrous plasterwork, when called for, is co-ordinated
by us through specialist sub-contractors.
Joinery
All aspects of joinery and furniture making are handled by us with many
elements being made in house in our own workshop or by specialist finishers
and componant manufacturers. All on site joinery is undertaken and
can range from standard doors, to highly decorative paneling. All
cabinet, fitted furniture, special area work is handled inhouse. Whatever
type of joinery may be required we can supply and fit to any specification.
Raised Flooring, Flooring and Carpeting
Many raised floor systems are installed and modified by us. These include
metal faced timber, cementatious tiles, timber flooring, and intricate
detailing and finishing which includes carpeting, marble and ceramic flooring
. Whatever the flooring needs we can handle the work and help in all aspects
of detailing and installation.
Walls and Partitioning
We install most ranges of system partitioning. We achieve speedy transformations
of offices where either new or repositioned partitioning is called for.
We supply and fit a range of systems including double glazed metal
frame, wooden frame and frameless details. Standard and decorative
stud partitioning makes up for a large percentage of our work. The detailing
of all elements of plasterboard partitioning is fully understood by us
and quite complex are achieved using our knowledge of construction and
finishing.
Decorating and Specialist Finishes
Any aspect of interior decorating is undertaken, specialist decoration,
paint affects and spraying. Specialist finishing can be applied to existing
ceilings be they fibre or metal tile to give them a new lease of life
and upgrade a dull interior.
Comms and Data
We work hand in hand with clients and provide our own highly experianced
team to supply and install all cabling, connections and hardware. We provide
all the co-ordination and support to the installation and can design and
maintain systems.
Security and Fire protection
We install all types of security and fire protected enclosures.
Electrical Installations
This is handled in house on smaller projects and project managed by us
using specialist sub contractors on larger projects. Every element of
installation is undertaken from standard power supply to specialist lighting,
circuitry, UPS and power distribution.
Air Conditioning
Air conditioning work is handled by a number of practically minded companies
that have proved reliable and have provided an excellent service in the
past. These companies install and design and provide after sales service.
These companies comply to our rigorous demands and work with us
to achieve the quality we provide.
Furniture Moving and Client Reorganisation
We will supply the man power and the project management to move a client’s
personnel, personal belongings, furniture and all equipment from one location
to another.
